it is my opinion that the players should sue to get rid of the one and done rule
#1 pick a kid from France
#2 pick a kid from Alabama
#3 Team USA
#4 OverTime Elite
#5 Over Time Elite
#6 Arkansas
#7 France.

and if they draft on potential and if a kid stay's more than one year his value goes down. then maybe theses kids should sue to be able to enter the draft right out of HS.

on the basis of lost income by denying them the oppotunity to make money.

I wonder how they would do?

The same rules that apply to U.S. players applies to the foreigners. Immediately eligible for the draft at 19 or 1 year removed from high school. So it's not like anyone is getting to "unfair" advantage to be drafted earlier--some just choose to play a year professionally in the G-League or in a foreign professional league.

Or skip the pretense of going to college.

what player, or group of players, is going to sue the union that they are trying to join? and who is going to pay for it?

Legal people say that NFLs age rule could be challenged on anti-trust. Maurice Clarrett and Mike Williams tried and when they lost they were barred from the draft.

It's going to get worse going forward as more players go to Overtime Elite and G League Ignite. Even if the NBPA made it 3 years.

1-2 players will not have much luck but a very large group of players gets involved that is what will make a difference. what? is the NBA ban them all?

a lot of legal experts agree with you. It's just getting a group of players, and money for lawyers, and a few years in court to do it. It will take a few years after appeals.

No player(s) projected as a 1st rounder is going to waste time or money shitting where they eat. They will just wait to be drafted.

No player(s) not projected as draft picks will waste their time or money for no pay off.

This is why the NFL gets away with the 3 year rule. There is nobody willing to sacrifice to fight it.

there is a big difference vetween FB and BB most FB players know they are not ready for the NFL out of HS nor are they built up by the media as being ready unlike the BB payers, they start getting the he will be a super star as early as 8th grade,

they keep hearing that till they graduate from HS,
