Looking at the remaining schedule, Iowa has a very good chance of finishing with 1 more win.

I think they win 2......and will not make the ncaa tournament.
If they don’t beat RU they very much will go winless and finish with the worst collapse in college basketball history
Yyyyeah getting two wins this feels like it would be MASSSSIVE.. with different criteria and committee views (said they’d be heavy on the eye test) I think 2 wins gets it done.. I do think it’d be a hideous seed tho..
Fran is still our coach so I can see this team going 2-5 to 5-2. I just don’t know about this team and their will to win all the way through the line up. They all need to step up and act like the tournament has already started.
One thing I’ve frequently observed with Iowa basketball under Fran is SEVERE momentum swings. It wouldn’t shock me to see this team rally and win 3-4 more games in a row (even without CJF). The only problem is history suggests they could then tank and lose out after that...
the bottom line is I don’t see ANY case that can be made to keep Fran. It’s never going to get better than this.

Honestly it could go either way. Just when I’m ready to bury them they will go on a 3 game win streak and get my hopes up. When I’m just starting to think they may have straightened themselves out, they will go one and done in the B1G tourney, get themselves a 5-6 seed and be upset by the 12 seed. Sigh....hope I’m wrong
