The white boy who set this up lives up in the Twin Cities. One of my coworkers is a friend of his and was telling me about it a few days ago before it went viral. The guy set it up as a joke and doesn't want the money for himself. It looks like a lot of people are in on the joke, but I'm not sure that everyone is seeing as how there are several $100+ donations on it. He also set it up with Kanye's name, so he can't access the funds for himself, only Kanye can.
