As far as I know, these countries don't have the capabilities to take them all in.
Let's be honest about Saudi Arabia. They're probably bankrolling ISIS. So the idea that they would help out the people their cronies are killing probably doesn't make too much sense.They CHOOSE not to have the capabilities to take them in.
Saudi Arabia has the cash to take each and every Syrian that wants to come there in. They could build an entire city to house them all lavishly, and feed/cloth/protect them for the rest of their entire lives.
I suspect it's a Muslim sect issue at play with all this. If all ME Muslims were one big happy family, there'd be no borders anywhere and it'd be one big new super power. There'd be no ISIS, no al Queda, no Taliban.
