For perspective, Charles Darling in 1952 was the last 1st Team All-American for us. That's insane when you consider the greats that we've had since then. Major props to Luka.

Great accomplishment!! Congrats to Luka!! This a great example of what is really neat about collegiate sports. In this day and age of "5 Star" recruits and all that...a guy can still build himself up and improve to the point that he can earn a 1st team AA award.

There are 65 voters involved with the AP Poll scattered around the country. Twenty seven of them left Iowa out of the top 25.

Last year Zion Williamson received 59 of the 64 ballots cast for AP National POY.
