Garza appears to really like Fran. 247 seems confused as to whether he's 2016 or 2017 and hasn't
rated him yet. He's still considered a target for our 2016 class on their site. Look towards the bottom of this page.

ESPN has Garza as a 4* player graded at 82 in the class of 2017.

That's a better ranking than any recruits we have in 2014-2016 except Cook. He would make a nice class with Connor. Now, we've seen quite recently that highly ranked players don't necessarily mean you're going to win. Marquette has seven 4-5* ranked players. But it's a nice way to get national recognition.
He'd better be. Fran's got to keep up with the great talent coming into the league.
