My wife and I hiked the Manitou Incline today near Colorado Springs. Was able to get in a few "Go Hawks" on the climb. One group was a group of Iowa wrestlers lead by Cory Clark. I believe they may have made it up and down by the time we struggled to the top. Fun to see them training on their own time.

Heard there are 10-12 Hawkeyes at the OTC. Just a 'field trip'?
My daughter and I hiked Garden of the Gods today. We got soaked by the rain but didn't spot any wrestlers.

Took the other way home today....went down through Mizzou, Kansas and Oklahoma and am in Amarillo tonight. Thought about going to the OTC but my wife has to be back to work tomorrow and it would have been too tempting to stay an extra day in C. Springs. I haven't done the climb...are there puke buckets for those uh out of shape folks?

Yea...I was sulking like a kid at not being able to stop at the HOF.
it is a shame to get that close and not stop and see it. And if you like watching wrestling, (as long as you werent overtly wearing Iowa gear) you can go to the hof, walk to Gallagher and take in the open afternoon practice, hit Joes for a beer-all in the space of 2 blocks max walk.
Had my Hawk speedo on so I think I would have been good unless I would have been able to jump into the therapy pool...then I would have got the hook. As we drove by and read the signs, I was going all rainman on my wife..."Perry?" Yup, they got a good program." Edmond, El Reno...." Just kept ticking the names off. She put on her headphones....Saw a 250lb tranny outside of a WalMart, took an educated guess and walked up to "her" and asked, "Tognetti, is that you?" No dice.

Today we are white water rafting down the Arkansas river near Canon City. I will let you know if I spot Chief or any Iowa wrestlers along the way

Looks like a Hooters pageant with the colors and all. A lot like you...tacky, yet unrefined. Hey Mike, I live in Az and think I have a handle on "talent" and walking around IC, thought they could do a lot worse. Some good looking girls in that area.
Can't tell if those gals in the pool are my type or not. Here in western Oregon I've gotten accustomed to scoping women who don't shave their legs.

Outgrow 133? Won't happen. He's 5'6" and there is no reason he'd bulk up to 141 when he's going to be ranked first at the start of the season at 133.
Be sure to stop there on your next trip. I went with my girlfriend a couple of years ago, and Leroy Smith was running the place at the time. There was nobody in there and he pretty much gave us a guided tour with some of his own stories mixed in. It was awesome.
While we're off topic, daughter #2 turned 18 today and got her drivers license. She's been driving on the left side of the road the past 2 years in Japan. This is a public service announcement for those of you in CO.
Out of all the things to worry about I would put that at about 4,568. Of course he might want to bulk up so he really isn't in the same class as Zain.
