Yeah looking back on emails, texts and other conversations from a year ago this week is surreal...it’s incredible how fast everything changed and how naive I was. Even as someone who kind of was watching what was going on in China and Europe and thinking this could be bad.

there were a lot of mentions of “wow, we may be closed/locked out of the building for a few weeks...” things like that, if only I knew!

On Thurs, March 12, I was working out and a friend texted me, jokingly saying that he heard that there was a covid outbreak at my gym. Little did we know that all gyms would be shut down just a few days later.
