Competency is relative. Sounds like extremely lengthy ballot. I am unsure of the process for tabulation or what rules in place in Florida. You would think if electronic would be fairly easy, but we know republicans don’t like things to be easy. Yes if you are going to hand count everything for an extremely populous count I could see why it would take a while. Let’s be clear lots of big counties take 2-6 days for final tabulations it’s just a winner can be declared well before then.
