OMFG that looks a lot like the Frank White I knew from my childhood. The ages match (he was a class or two older) and I grew up in Marion. He once lived about 10 houses down the block. And yeah, I knew his mother also.

Sheesh...

One of the 10 Commandments says "Honor Your Father and
Your Mother".

This commandment is not just for young children but also
applies to adults who are to honor their parents by helping
and loving them when they are elderly in their 80's and 90's.
If your parents must live in a nursing home, then you need
to make certain they are well provided for and not being taken
advantage of.

Bottom Line: Love for your parents never ends and is a life
long responsibility.

It happens a lot, unfortunately. It usually starts with elderly parents adding a child to their bank account and/or giving unlimited power of attorney to a child. While those tools are often necessary, they should be used with caution.
