On FOX now saying that.

Pointedly asked if that means he would consider Trump, he said yes.

I take it that FOX is still campaigning against Trump. In addition to the question above, they are playing loose with what Cuban said in their banner.

The banner reads

Cuban: I don't agree with a lot of what Donald Trump is saying.

What Cuban actually said was "I said 'Donald I don't agree with a lot of what you're saying but at least you are the one person who has been able to go out there and get something done and show some accomplishment in their life.' I think people have recognized that he's accomplished things."

So the banner isn't a lie, but it's a pretty clear distortion in that it cuts off all the positive and only presents Cuban as being negative toward Trump.
