Looks like Greg Marshall is staying at Wichita State, according to various media reports. They are throwing more money at him to stay and he turned down an offer from Bama for nearly 3.5 mill. That's the number that has been floating around. Marshall and his family were supposed to be visiting Bama on Friday, but now that's off. Wichita State will be in the Orlando Classic in November over Thanksgiving and Iowa will be playing in the event.
Also, it looks like someone has finally figured out how to get Shaka Smart out of VCU. Reports from our Texas site is that their AD is flying to Richmond to pick up Smart in the next day or so. Looks like he will be the new leader of the Longhorns.
