Maryland put how many on 7th ranked Texas

I think the offense that Iowa put on the field that day they played ISU in September was maybe the worst offense ISU will see all year.

However, I think Iowa’s offense is much better now then they were then. Sign of a well coached team. Hard to say. Iowa’s offense is decent now, but I wouldn’t say explosive. The defense Iowa is putting on the field is enough to keep them in a game with anyone in the country right now except Bama who will unfortunate destroy everyone.

So I’m giving you another chance.

Look at ISU schedule again.

You’re either headed for one of the fastest “ignore” I’ve given or you can tell the truth this time.

Well
If you could win some games perhaps you could make it 3 ranked teams.

The irony of ISU fans talking ish about our schedule.

ISU has face 4 teams so far that were ranked when we played them. Two of them were top 10 and our schedule is ranked #1 toughest to date.....good call! LOL!

While I think Texas is quite a bit better than Maryland, I hate the first game excuse crap. Everybody plays a first game and half lose. So do all those losing teams have an excuse for that loss the rest of the Year? There are upsets throughout the year, do those count differently? We're talking about kids, poop happens. They played a game and Maryland won. End of story.

CMC - u have played a hard schedule. No question. U are also 3-3 and lost your Super Bowl by double digits. So shut up and stop embarrassing the good Clone posters on here.

One play from winning the game in IC. That game is definately a W for ISU with no cancellation the week before. When you play as tough a schedule as ISU you have to get the games you should like the Iowa game. In our conference games, we have one team that is the caliber of Indiana, Minnesota. Illinois, Nebraska, and maybe Northwestern.....tough road to hoe.

I didn’t know you could make up 11 points in one play

Oklahoma
Oklahoma st #25 (which by the beat down by kstate last week and Texas Tech before is a joke even ranked when played)
West Virginia

Who is 4th team?

The best team in Big12 got blown out by Maryland. Hmm?
The 6th best team in the B12 was up 2 scores on the B10`s best team in their big boy division before turnovers brought OSU back. Now had that been in game #1, it would be no big deal but it wasn`t.

13-3. Spin that however or whatever

Love how clone fans forget Iowa missed 2 fgs one being an easy one and questionable non PI call on fant in end zone. Even if they scored a td first drive they still lose by 6. Some of the most flawed logic I’ve read here in a while and that’s saying something.

You've got excuses for everything. We were 1 play from beating you by 30 points. If we weren't tired from having to play an extra game, we would have beat you by 40. Damn this whiny excuse making argument is easy.

Iowa has a great defense. Won’t hear any argument from me on that. Fair to say Iowa has the best defense ISU will play this season.

It’s also fair to say Iowa is battling Akron and Kansas for the worst offense ISU will play all season.

Iowa’s D is “that good” though so probably a top 3 team ISU will play this season. And ISU is one of the top 3 teams Iowa will play this season too.

Vegas agrees with me too. Just looks at the spreads in all 12 Iowa games.

Do tell what Iowa has done to those spreads? Guess that's why games aren't played on paper ‍♂️

Well they aren't played on the field either according to them. Iowa was their first game so that doesn't count. Oklahoma? Well they were still tired from the Iowa game...doesn't count. And TCU...well that 3-4 team is from Texas and since they played them on the road in a September game...doesn't count either. They are 3-0 with 3 no-contests or what they call 6-0

This is exactly why Iowa fans make fun of ISU fans. Turnovers happen and its absolutely part of the game. One cannot live in fantasy land of ifs and buts. If Iowa did we would be undefeated every year. The final score indicated that OSU kicked the crap out of TCU who was ranked. According to one of your earlier posts in this thread, that apparently is important.

I know I won't change your mind but I believe the Big 12 is very weak. You think the Big Ten is weak. Fine. Difference? I am not coming to your board to troll ISU as you are doing here. Every time you guys run over hear to post this garbage I lose a little more respect for your fan base.

You have to admit it was pretty bad that day. I’m happy to see ISU has a decent D, but Iowa’s offense wasn’t exactly stellar that day. Good enough to win I guess, but that was on your D dominating the game.

I don’t know anything about Incarnate Word.

Will the clowns still have the number 1 SOS when they play carnate word

When you finish reading this post, it will be the last time we ever communicate because you’re on ignore and you can’t talk to me anymore.

The 6th best team in the B10 slapped the #1 team in the Texas ten.

Yikes

Does anyone respect the class that is shown by the isu fan base?

That will be news.

At the end of the regular season, when ISU is 8-4, the narrative will be “we were one cancelled game away from a NY6 bowl or a shot at the CFP.”

Don`t look now but the B10`s playoff chances might be dying in West Lafayette

Don’t look now Big 12’s already died then with your logic.

A one loss Michigan or Ohio st that would win conference title game could still make the playoff skippy.

Well the Texas Ten hasn’t has a playoff hope for 2 weeks now. Clowns don’t want any part of Iowa, PU or Wisconsin. If the clowns magically found a way into the Big Ten West maybe you could fight it out with Nortwestern for forth place.

Well, if TCU is the sixth-best team in the Flag Football League, where does that put you Clowns since you couldn't beat them? Which of your teams is going to make the playoffs this year? That would be no one. Mighty Oklahoma lost to Texas, struggled to beat you guys, and got taken to overtime at home by Army. Texas got slapped by Maryland. The people who decide who gets in to the playoffs don't make excuses like "if it wasn't their first game, they would have beaten them easily." Those are excuses perennial losers recycle every year.

Let's see where anyone is ranked after the season. Early-season rankings are largely based on tradition. Yes, there was a time when Texas, Oklahoma, even Nebraska were legitimate top-something teams every year. That was a long time ago.
You know who really thinks the Big 12 is a joke? The NFL. The Little 12 has the least number of players there of any of the P5 conferences. The SEC has 335. The B1G has 239. The Flag Football League has 123. There are more NFL players from FCS schools (157) than from your sorry-ass conference. Iowa has more people on NFL rosters than ANY Big 12 school.
So, all your hype about "we have to play all these ranked teams" is a fallacy because early-season polls should be written in the sand at low tide. Big 12 teams get a lot of love from the media because they score a lot of points against non-existing defenses. I will take the opinion of the NFL as to where real football gets played.

Wow and holy shit! You have one guy doing something in a league of nearly 1700 players. Has he actually won anything of significance yet? Kaepernick was a hot commodity for all of one season. What is he doing these days other than Nike political adds?
