Getting pummeled at home
Yep and live turnovers leading to easy layups for the BruinsFuture B1G school #16 UCLA leads #20 Maryland at halftime, 49-20.
Ouch.
Maryland is shooting 2-11 (18%) from 3 and 31% overall.
Because the conference’s fifth or sixth best team lost to the PAC 12s best team? The Big Ten is not good at basketball.
Illinois 79Because the conference’s fifth or sixth best team lost to the PAC 12s best team?
The B1G is not looking too good this season. Maybe Purdue?Getting pummeled at home
Not trying to be a smart ass but what do you mean by a "live" turnover? I've never heard that expression.Yep and live turnovers leading to easy layups for the Bruins
Because at the top end big hasn’t won a ncaa title for long time.Because the conference’s fifth or sixth best team lost to the PAC 12s best team?
It is interesting that a conference loaded with traditional power teams and lots of money, always seems to have strong teams but rarely (or never) seem to have THAT team. While I think Purdue could certainly be a final 4 contender I’m not sure I see them as a win it all type of team.Because at the top end big hasn’t won a ncaa title for long time.
As opposed to dead ball turnovers like throwing the ball out of bounds or traveling where the defense can get set.Not trying to be a smart ass but what do you mean by a "live" turnover? I've never heard that expression.
Gotta have the guards. The Big Ten hasn't been a guard dominated league in quite a while. It is interesting that a conference loaded with traditional power teams and lots of money, always seems to have strong teams but rarely (or never) seem to have THAT team. While I think Purdue could certainly be a final 4 contender I’m not sure I see them as a win it all type of team.
I really think that B1G officiating is at least partially responsible for the failure of the B1G in the NCAA tournament. B1G officials are inconsistent but generally allow a lot more hand checking, reducing freedom movement.
