Matt Dermody Update

I think it's worth noting that Dermody was demoted and then called up for the fourt time. He has really been pitching well in the majors since being recalled. His ERA is down to 4.86 in 13 games this year and he is 2-0. He last threw three shutout innings against Boston on the 5th. Hopefully he keeps it up and earns a permanent spot in the bullpen.

Dermody continues to pitch well when given chances. He threw one shutout inning on the 16th against the Twins. He threw two shutout innings with 2 K's on the 17th against the Twins.

He now has a 3.98 ERA and WHIP of 1.13.
