Looking at the two polls, how exactly did Michigan get into the tournament?

I knew the coaches would disrespect Iowa. Half of them haven't seen Iowa play, at least not lately. I have to laugh because it gives Iowa a little edge knowing that they can prove their worth with another win.

Looking at the two polls, how exactly did Michigan get into the tournament?

Michigan has no business in the NCAA tournament. Period. They're in for two reasons: they are Michigan, and Juwan Howard used to be Fabulous. You'll have a hard time finding those criteria on the selection sheet.
