It took off after the st floyd scam, but the dems started the effort up as soon as they were told affirmative action was illegal and banned. DEI is the same thing, of course. New marketing, same old racist democrat ideology

When people say that initiatives like DEI don't impact the average American, this is a good example of how shit like this flows down hill,.. Federal government, to corporate America, to McDonalds, to main street,.. But understand that nobody is being forced to do anything,.. Happy to see this stuff fading.
