Interesting thing is that the McMuffin-style eggs are the only eggs that are actually made/cooked in store. The "scrambled eggs" that come with the big breakfast and other non-McMuffin sandwiches are made elsewhere and just heated up in the store.

I worked at McDonald’s 5 years high school thru college.

All the eggs served were legit and the biscuits were made from scratch with buttermilk.

McDLT and cheddar melt are the GOATS.

I like egg McMuffins. Dont seem greasy like everything else.

It was also back when the fries were cooked in lard. Came in 50 pound bricks.

According to their own site, the only eggs that are cracked in store are the McMuffin eggs. Everything else is liquid eggs, the folded and burrito ones are pre-cooked elsewhere. I guess the scrambled eggs for the big breakfast are griddle cooked in store, but come from liquid eggs from a supplier.

Those are real eggs in egg McMuffins there’s nothing to fix this time

Well it was 35+ years ago. Fast food always changes for the worse.

Use to crack dozens of eggs and scramble them with a giant whisk. Owner always wanted the scrambled eggs slight undercooked because they cook more once in the warming bin waiting for sale.
