Has to be equal parts frustrating and humiliating dealing with the dumbest people on the planet.

Yes there are worse jobs. At the same time you have to be someone that's completely comfortable with taking weird logical leaps in order to defend obviously guilty clients.
That's why I don't mock attorneys who say really dumb stuff in court or to the press while trying to defend an obviously guilty client. A job's a job and a man's got to work.
