Not fired.

A new spin on the Ambien Defense.
It is also suggested that a possible medical issue is involved in Rodgers’ actions.
WHIO obtained an investigative file and discovered in an inter-office communication with supervisors that Rodgers wrote, “I do not remember writing these posts or deleting any posts.”
The file also indicates that Rodgers is prescribed sleeping medication, which Rodgers documented, “It does cause some of my communication to be ‘out of character’ which is a documented side effect.”
He seems like an old crusty bastard who needs to retire. You don't talk politics in this profession on duty and you certainly don't withhold aid because they don't meet your political opinion. If I didn't render aid to people I disagree with I wouldn't be helping many people. He needs to retire or be fired. How could you ever trust him again?
I agree with thisThe campaign ads with law enforcement officers advocating for candidates needs to stop. Laws need to be enacted to prevent this.

Stupidity like what this guy demostrated needs to be held accountable, but I don’t see why law enforcement officers should be prohibited from appearing in campaign ads.

Military and government employees cannot take part in political activities to include campaigns/commercials.
I could be mistaken but I’m fairly certain military personnel can appear in ads as long as they’re not in uniform and the ad includes a disclaimer that the Department of Defense does not endorse the candidate.Military and government employees cannot take part in political activities to include campaigns/commercials.
For a complete list of permissible and prohibited activities, please consult DoD Directive 1344.10, Political Activities by Members of the Armed Forces Guidance for Military Personnel. Not sure I agree with this. Doctors can appear in campaign ads. Soldiers can appear in campaign ads.

My problem with people that talk like that is they are too eager for Armageddon to arrive.”I will not help you survive the end of days.”
Is Lt. Neckfat referring to Armaggedon there? Or he was he just trying to think of a dramatic way to describe a car crash? Because I doubt he would be able to protect me from the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse anyway.
