These stories remind me so much of the foreign media covering American soldiers serving abroad.

A whopping majority of US GI’s abroad are good dudes and don’t cause problems. But there are obviously some bad apples in the military.

US GI’s may commit 3 or 4 rapes a year as opposed to thousands by locals but it’s the military crime that gets reported thus feeding an anti-military agenda whether it be Spain, Japan, Korea, wherever.

And, of course, when these soldiers come home, the hero worshipping by the Trumpers begins. Cue the Lee Greenwood.
