Iowa has not won a game of consequence since 2015, what is the problem?

I am sure it can be phrased more gently, but that is a question I have. And I don't really count beating a top 10 team when you are already out of the picture in the conference.

11/4/17 in Kinnick Stadium was a game of consequence...just ask Ohio State. They win and they're in the college football playoff. It doesn't get more significant than that.

Michigan in 2016 & +O$U in 2017 weren't 'of consequence'? Epic fail. Do not pass go.

I'm thinking OP wants to lose to Illinois and Minnesota, but win @ PSU and against Wisconsin.

Oh wait, silly me, he demands to win all of them. I forgot, if fans don't demand it, it won't happen.
