Back from today's Coe game. I know TV timeouts,like refs stinking, are simply part of the game, but it is so striking how much they change the game, and kinda notable.
Maybe going to 10 min quarters would help, revenue neutral it with 1 media timeout per quarter, and longer break at the quarter.
