This is everyday behavior from trumpers. Phenom has done much worse certainly.
Because the families invited them to break the law. This was totally an unsolicited event. The Trump campaign didn’t ask the families, the families begged Trump, with tears in their eyes to turn the grief of other families into a campaign event.
