Michigan OSU blocked punt

I saw this play and wonder if anyone would have a comment about it. This had to be an error on the refs but the BT apparently doesn't want to talk about it.

Yup that's a big "oopsy" by the side judge. even if the ball is blocked, if its still behind the LOS, any team can pick it up and advance. Should of at least been called an Inadvertant whistle and the down re-played.

Harbaugh's other question the "intent to deceive" penalty is correct. You cannot deceive the defense like that, you can't sneak a player on at the last minute like that. You must have them come at least onto the field. Otherwise everyone would be doing it and getting penalties called on them.

It was a yard behind the LOS, probably accidentally ruled as beyond the LOS.
