They got a commitment from 6'10" German.

Seem'd Edwards was wanting a Michigan offer and they probably seems less likely now.

Yeah, they should probably put some more lines on the court

the only recruit left Michigan is seriously after is Jaylen Brown, the #2 player in his class. If Caris LeVert comes back, they'd have to put Austin Hatch on a medical hardship waiver to fit in Brown. If LeVert doesn't come back and Brown goes elsewhere, Beilein could opt to try to sign somebody from May on.

My guess is that if LeVert comes back or Brown commits to Michigan, they won't have a scholarship to offer Edwards. If neither is in Ann Arbor next year, they might give him an offer (and that should be sorted out within 2-3 weeks).

In any case, Edwards does not appear to be anything other than a fallback recruit for Iowa. The word is that Dale Jones is all but signed to Iowa and fits the team's needs better than Edwards.

This kid just may end up at NE which I absolutely do not want to see.

I agree with this. ..wish we had room for this kid. Recruiting is becoming very interesting again.

Yup. That Tim Miles, look what he's done with the talent he's had at NE...wait...

Our lack of offer probably has to do with not wanting 7 kids in freshman class, thats why jones makes more sense imo
