One of these days you’ll go back to being sad. I can’t wait.Just good news after great news after great news today.
As long as someone is qualified to do whatever job they get hired for, I do not care.Do you prefer DEI or MEI?

Why do you believe all diversity hires are unqualified? Then you oppose DEI. Cool. Welcome!
I do not. I'll wait for your reply to RockyThen you oppose DEI. Cool. Welcome!
Yep! Microsoft is part of Rico's portfolio.Odd that these MAGA posters care so much about Microsoft's internal policies and bottom line
Why do you believe all diversity hires are unqualified?
CricketsGive him time to research Elons stance on your question.
DEI hires were simply a knee jerk reaction by Corporate America and increased in an attempt to placate the BLM crowd. Why do you believe all diversity hires are unqualified?
You can buy cheap reading glasses at Walmart. There should be one near your trailer park.Good news, DEI has done nothing to improve productivity or bottom line.
Get the prayer rug out.You can buy cheap reading glasses at Walmart. There should be one near your trailer park.
Don't forget to claim all your DJT losses when you file taxes next year.Yep! Microsoft is part of Rico's portfolio.
Wrong religion numbnuts.Get the prayer rug out.
Why do you believe all diversity hires are unqualified?
So you agree some diversity hires are qualified? Is that what I said?
In my world, DEI is not always about promoting based on being a minority. More every meeting of more than 5 people, MUST open with a “DEI” moment. It’s just forced, and uncomfortable. Some none minority person doing a 2 minute slide deck on being inclusive…feels weird and forced. fake?
Leadership finally expanded to allow for safety moments also- so now we have presentations on not leaving your dogs out in the summer or applying sunscreen.
And we hired like 5-10 people to implement all these processes; meanwhile other people got layed off to help the bottom line. It didn’t help morale to hire non-essential DEI people while productive, tenured people got let go.
I don’t suspect my corporate experience is much different than others.
So you agree some diversity hires are qualified?
How do you know? The part I object to is that being qualified isn’t the primary consideration, it is racism and sexism, then being qualified.
We should not codify racism and sexism into law under some altruistic virtual signaling guise.
Racism & sexism are wrong. Do you not agree?
