I like it when our guys wrestle angry. We seem to intimidate as the match goes forward. Vallholl, where are you residing at as you pound these keys?
A few notes on AM 800
As much as I love Ironside on the radio, Matt McDonough has done a fine job replacing him. Matt has joked more with Grace and yet at times, he gets totally serious. For ex. at one point yesterday,
Grace was sharing some information and said to Matt, "When you go on the radio, you need to prepare and have lots of notes and information to share. That's why I have all these papers."
McDonough's reply, "I don't have any sheets. I prepare by knowing a lot about wrestling".
As I type that, it could come across as Matt's making fun of Grace. But in real time on the radio it came across as a genuine reply.
Now, today, when talking about Grace's football career in comparison to how fast Young decked his opponent, it seemed like Matt was needling Grace just a bit.

Grace said he had been a180# center in High School. Matt said that is too small for center and then volunteered that he had been an 85 # Nose Tackle in 7th grade. Then everyone else started to grow and he didn't.
He hasn't called any illegal fists to the back yet. Maybe he needs to prepare a little more...

Well-rather than hide in the basement and "iron", I organized the children into a work crew and we vacuumed, dusted, cleaned bathroom, and took down the Christmas Tree all of which allow me to enjoy wrestling on the main floor this year.I like it when our guys wrestle angry. BTW- had Christmas with my in-laws on the 26th and as I snuck out for a bike ride on 93 from Sumner to Fayette, I thought, "I wonder if I'll see caseyballzz?"
I was up there on the 24th-25th but stayed close to Freddy at my mother's. Planning a return trip in the future.
My concern with Terao is his judo skills. Thomas would be best served attacking his legs repeatedly. Don't get sucked into tying up with him or he could get dropped on his head. Smart game plan and we could be looking at a bonus point win over an All American.

Terao sure can pick his spots to attack. I did not like the late hard cross face by him - but wtf
Who doesn't love watching a Terao wrestle? With David against NATO at last year's NCAA and now with Josh. Fun to watch! I love stall calls but I hate the stall calls on the bottom guy; both those guys worked hard that whole match and there were 3 stall calls
Looked like Terao was torquing on Gilman's head after the whistle. Lots of jawing. Terao's coach going insane.
No it was definitely the fists that had him upset
