Mike Pompeo is not my cup of tea politically, but he seemed stable, and a competent person. He also likes to have his security detail pick up his dog at the groomer, and grab Chinese food for him. Trips by the detail to go get his son from Union Station and drive him to the Pompeo’s home in DC are under review, as well as why Susan Pompeo has a security detail when no threats have been identified against her, which is against standard protocol.
Do these guys just not care? At least four cabinet level officials misused staff and funds for the completion of personal business.
