That was my initial assumption. It appears the show is real but I’m still assuming the part about 14 year old boys is a joke, for obvious reasons.
My guess is the “shocking twist” is that the women will be competing for each others’ sons.

The twist is that their sons are also contestants. Fewer hot women in that category.
I think the real premise is women around 50 with lots of work done watch other women over 50 ,with equally plastic faces and fake breasts, thirst over their sons.

Warner Brothers dropped that charade more than 20 years ago when they realized they could make a lot more money with cheesy, vacuous reality shows.
