The lack of PG depth is going to be an issue not only this year, but in the years following. A few people on the board have talked about it while most seem to glaze over it.

An opposing team should go right at JBo every single game. Get JBo in foul trouble and Iowa is a completely different team.

I would feel more comfortable if Connor was available this year. Fran knows a lot more than we do about his options.

It's not that there aren't players to put in, it's that the drop off is pretty steep from the starter. That can't really be said for the other spots on the floor.
Even if you buy into the positionless concept, which I don't, there isn't a player that looks to be as solid handling the ball as much or generally overseeing the offense flows as it should as Bohannon does.

I think you are right on the money that a good opponent strategy is to get Bohannon in foul trouble early.
