Its a deep RB draft. Think the giants should go a different direction.

Colts would be thrilled to trade down ans still get probably the best player in the draft.

I think I would stay away from the all the qb's in this draft. Give me Chubb and Barkley.
We think alike. If I were Cleveland I'd trade my No. 4 Pick to the Eagles (with some $$$) for Nick Foles, and take Barkley or Chubb with my No. 1 Pick.

They sure could take Barkley at 1 and then trade that 4 for Buffalos 12 / 22 and probably their next years 1 as desperate as the Bills are for a QB

The problem for Cleveland is the fact they have passed over the likes of Derek Carr, Carson Wentz, Deshaun Watson the last few drafts, they waited and got Weeden, Kiser and Manziel.

Most pundits point to this as a pretty good QB class. They need to come away with Darnold, Allen or Mayfield in round one imo.

Take Barkley or Chubb at four and you got your pick of these young gunslinger and a generational talent at running back or defensive end. Cash in those chips boys.

It sure seems impossible for the browns to screw this up. And then, you realize, this is the Browns we are talking about.

I think you build a franchise with a QB and then line play. Browns will probably take Darnold as the “safer” pick than Allen at #1, and go with Chubb, the DE from N.C. State at #4 to bookend with Myles Garrett in order to really pressure opposing QBs.

I think MeettheFerentz comment is normally right on the mark, except that this draft is unbelievably deep at RB. If they really want an RB, you could get some impressive RB options in the 2nd round. Hell, we all know Wadley is an awesome back and he is projecting into the 4th round as about the 10th highest rated back. The jNW back is rated lower than that.

In the 2nd round you could get at least 1 of the two Georgia backs, Chubb or Michel. Rashaan Penney from San Diego State is an amazing back. Guice from LSU is rated above all 3 of those guys. It is really an incredible list of talented backs. So much so, that I think Barkley is too much of a luxury at #4.

At the top of the 2nd round you could possibly get Connor Williams from Texas as an OT to replace Joe Thomas who retired. That would be a real need. If Williams is gone, Oregon’s Kolton Miller or Oklahoma’s monster OT Orlando Brown will certainly be there. You can still get a great RB later.

I think Cleveland should resist the urge to make a trade at 4. Pick Darnold #1 and you are going to get a shot at either Chubb or Barkley. Barkley is a stud, Chubb might be better than Myles Garrett. Boom, they get 2 of their future centerpieces in one day.

Miami, Arizona and Buffalo all want QBs, they will pay a kings ransom to draft Mayfield, Rosen or Allen. Denver, Indy and Tampa could really benefit.

Sounds like Baker Mayfield is going to be number 1. From walkon to number one overall.

About the worst idea I've heard. Foles has a single year left on his contract with a mutual option while the Browns already traded for Tyrod Taylor.

Cleveland should trade the #4. Cleveland has so many needs it makes sense to get as much as they can. Trade with Buffalo for the 12 & 22 and you got a QB, Josh Jackson/Minkah Fitzpatrick, and OT Kolton Miller/DT Taven Bryan and you have hit the top 3 needs while also taking best players available. Wait til the top of the 2nd to get a guy like Nick Chubb/Sony Michael/Ronald Jones and a WR and you suddenly have talent at skill positions while also bolstering your DBs & O/D-line

They have been passing on talent to accumulate picks for years. Julio Jones netted them the Brandon Weeden pick. Carson Wentz netted them Jabrill Peppers, they can keep passing on elite talents to net more marginal players sure, I wouldn't pass on a shot at a Chubb or Barkley. The dropoff is rather large.

They have 5 picks in the first two rounds, they have had multiple first round picks for like six years straight. Eventually you need to take the obvious pick in front of you.

It is Cleveland, they will probably trade out of four and miss out on a generational talent to add a rugby player and tickets to watch the new Avengers movie.

I like Mayfield at 4 and Barkley at 1 if I am Cleveland.

Giants can take Chubb or Darnold, Jets can take Allen.

Imagine a backfield of Lamar Jackson and Barkley though.

Orlando brown would be a monster reach in the 2nd

Cleveland NEEDS to take the sure thing, and that is Barkley. There is zero chance he is anything but a good player. The QBs, not one guarantee among them.

This is so obvious, I just don't understand why it's so difficult for some to see.

In 10 years, people will be debating whether or not Barkley will be in the HOF someday......and it's possible we all will have forgotten the names of every QB in this draft.

Most people and scouts were of the thinking Manziel would be a productive player . That said I would take Barkley / Chubb / Nelson before any of the QBs in this class .
they couldn't tell he was a total egotistical dbag.....like mayfield?
fans should boycott that joke of a franchise!
