Movie scene that best uses a song/music to accentuate it's purpose

First thing that comes to mind is "The End" by The Doors in "Apocalype Now".
This Almost Famous scene is perfect.
Always thought this was a great use of a great song
H-hawk beat me to the punch with "Tiny Dancer" from "Almost Famous." So I will offer "Mad World" at the end of "Donnie Darko."

Might be my favorite scene in any movie ever. Harry Dean Stanton’s singing adds just the right touch to make it perfect.
One of my favorites is the opposite of the premise...when the music starts you naturally assume these boys are about to start converting some first downs and scoring.

I had forgotten about that. And the irony is that "Mad World" is also a Tears for Fears song, but they used a cover of it in the ending.
