Just make up numbers and say them. Who cares anyways?
I remember seeing a story on 60 minutes a while back about retirees that were overpayed for years on their SS. Instead of the SS administration saying "our bad, we've changed it going forward," they made the people pay it back over a payment plan. There is so much incompetence at all levels of government. Any number shouldn't be surprising.

I didnt see any headline on this at MSNBC.com out of 50 or more headlines. You would think it would be big news.
Didn't see anything on this topic on Foxnews which is odd because it would be the top banner for days if true
