Hughes is legit, especially on top. If this is the 1st varsity match for Marinelli, this is the kind of match he needs to win if he is expected to AA.
As far as Gasca goes, he has been somewhat inconsistent. Still, Carton needs to beat a guy like this if he expects to score any points at NCAA's.
Eicher at 133 is the only other guy that really has a chance to keep it respectable. He is from Michigan and transferred from Northern Illinois. Still, Clark should win comfortable. Trimble may keep the score relatively close at 149, but that will be as much about Sorenson's style as it is Trimble wrestling very defensive.
Every other match should be big bonus wins for Iowa.
