Murray

His father has decided for him, he gone.....just crossing the T's and dotting the I's.

I'm not surprised by his announcement but in my novice opinion, he is not as NBA-ready as Keegan was. I wish Kris nothing but the best.
Last year when people would say ‘ I can’t tell which one is which’ … all one had to say is ‘ Keegan is the one that moves differently. He’s simply more athletic.

Kris will have a nice career

Not arguing that, just dont think he's ready for the nba. Another year would do him good, but its his decision and I wish him luck.

Do you watch the NBA? What do you think he's going to improve upon playing next season at Iowa that will help him at the next level?

The exact same posts were posted on here last year about Keegan. Those people were wrong and the people posting negatively about Kris are wrong, too. NBA is a different game and being a shooter/rebounder fits Kris' game much better than having to create like he has to at Iowa. He'll do great.

Completely disagree. I knew Keegan would do good in the nba, I think he's a way better player than Kris... tougher, better ball handler, more post moves, just as good of a shooter... I'm sorry but Kris is soft. He might make a team, sure, but I'd bet money he has nowhere near the impact Keegan does.

You can ask that first question of "Do you watch the NBA?" and 97% of posters on this board do not watch the Association. Yet they will then give you 25 year old stereotypes of the NBA that no longer exist but they think they have a clue.

People act like the Murray Bros came to Iowa as 5-star recruits. SMH. It's an unbelievable journey they are where they are now. Props to their family.

It's ridiculous.

Unless Fran hits the jackpot in the portal the Hawks are going to be awful. But guess that's what you get from a stellar coaching career over the last 13 years.
He really worked some magic the past few seasons with multiple future NBA players on the floor at the same time.

Kris is never will be as good as Keegan because Keegan is essentially ambidextrous and Kris can only dribble drive with his strong hand and finish with his strong hand. I don't think Kris needs to stay at college level to work on improving his right hand---he can do that while getting paid more at NBA level.

My understanding is Keegan is being used is as a perimeter 3 and D guy....mostly shoots 3pt shots and handles ball on perimeter and plays defense. Kris should be able to do that at similar level to Keegan.

Keegan really shot the 3 ball well his NBA rookie year and Kris had a so-so year shooting the 3ball in college, but is supposedly the better shooter. Whoever drafts Kri can stuff him in G-league and see if he develops.

Both Keegan and Kris are easy to root for...so best of luck to them.
