Angry Muslim parents had to be forcibly removed from a school board meeting, while demanding the school be shut down on upcoming Muslim holidays.

She is probably right. Their (Muslim immigrants and their offspring) numbers are growing exponentially it seems. It sure will be interesting to see this play out. It's not going to be pretty and I predict a massive race/religious war within our borders within the next 20 years. The sooner the world abandons religion and learns about birth control, the better we will all be. It isn't going to happen and I feel sorry for the world. In about 50 years, we're screwed.

About a year ago I posted a link to a segment of This American Life on NPR that discussed a situation in New York a little similar to this. Orthodox Jews had taken over a school board and were hammering reforms over the population. Mind you they weren't the majority population, just the ones motivated enough to vote and were pouring money into the schools that favored the Jewish kids.
I think I got two responses. Insert Muslim's asserting beliefs and you have a hailstorm on HROT every time. Not so much when it comes to other religions.

Well, if it is a private school and therefore a "corporation" with "corporate personhood rights", the conservative Republican nominated judges on the Supreme Court gave them permission to do this sort of thing with their Hobby Lobby decision that says a corporation can have a "religious belief", and therefore if some corporations can be Christians and not do anything (including insurance coverage for its employees) that's against their "religious beliefs", then it would seem that with our freedom of religion rights for all religions and not just Christianity, that a corporation can also be "Muslim" and force employees who want to eat during the day to have to do so off site from the company during Ramadan. You should thank the conservative justices on the Supreme Court for legitimizing shariah law within corporations here now.

That's a valid point. We should put our share in the Green Zone in baghdad. Saddam's palace could hold them all. We could even train them all to fight ISIS. We should explore this plan.

I was watching a documentary on feudal Japan. They had this rule the fighter had to bring back the head of an enemy to prove he did his duty. Japan being Japan it got ver intricate and they had special boxes. A black market grew up where you could just buy a head in a box with no need to show up for war. Maybe we should put Japan in charge of the Mideast? Isn't thief population declining? This could be just what they need. 11 million Syrians in Tokyo would be a win win.
