The wife(no pics) loves mustard as much as Olivia Munn. She puts it on everything!
I only kinda like it sometimes on a grilled hotdog, brat or burger.
I dislike it in Baked beans, potato salad, BBQ sauce etc. It's very potent and takes over the flavor of everything else imo.

Every once in awhile I like to fix pigs in blankets with chili cheese dogs and spicy brown mustard for dipping .
There are very few mustards that I don’t like, my least favorite being Dijon style. Sorry Grey Poupon! My favorites tend to be coarse ground spicy browns.
Mustard is good on some things, not so good on other.
it’s good to have on hand but not something i’ll miss terribly.
that said pretty sure that i’ve been using the same bottle of mustard for the last 15 years and whatever it dispenses has only improved with time. i do have another unopened bottle that i bought maybe 5 years back should the current one ever run out.

The first time I added it to baked beans was a revelation. Can't go back. Sometimes put too much, and it's still good.
I add maybe a tablespoon max. I also add ketchup and brown sugar.
Not a huge fan of mustard unless it’s the only condiment I use on a hot dog.
yellow mustard. Yes.
Spicy brown mustard. Oh yeah.
Dijon. Meh.
Straight yellow mustard. Like French’s. I stand by my opinion.
