Good luck to you JR on a speedy recovery from your back injury and getting your heart issues figured out, while also fixing your marital problems resolved. Out with 2022 and a new year filled with positive results in 2023!!

Get better buddy. I still want a date with that murderous half Asian hottie near your hood. Take care and happy new year. I can stick some stem cells in you if you want.

Well, y'all, I done did it this time. Took a bad fall a few weeks ago when I was having a heart episode and collapsed. At first, after getting out of the hospital, I could take two steps without a walker. Within three days, I didn't need the walker. I felt great.

I am at my sister's (no pic) in Iowa this week and on Sunday, slipped and fell while shoveling snow. The pain didn't start until late last night. I couldn't turn on my side or get up without extreme pain. Went to the ER this morning and have two fractured vertebrae. I am going to see a specialist when I get back to KC. CSB.

Good times.
Not sure where you are. Get the doctor to prescribe you a back brace. Either a TLSO or a LSO depending on where your fractures are. Will take about 2-3 months to heal.

Tuff luck, Broke Back Jason. I hope you heal fast…
I busted a vertebra as a kid playing intermural football vs. a group of college rugby players. Never knew until years later when a Doc, looking at X-rays, asked me when I suffered the break. That’s why I was in such pain for several weeks.
Again, best wishes Jason.

If this works good on you, but if you reconsider they don't have to give you hydros or percs. They have some opioids that have no euphoric effects (where you're not going to be tempted to abuse them) and I believe there are other non-opioid prescriptions now that can help with pain a little better than OTC NSAIDs (though I would ask about why these supposedly aren't addictive like opioids from someone who should know).
I am up, CP, pain back in major way. Might have to go back to sniffing glue. Already decided I will be here at least one more day.
