That said, I do hope the Hawks catch a Friday game next week so they can have the extra day of rest after their Big Ten Championship.
Actually maybe Thursday would be preferable. Sometimes hot teams end up rusted rather than rested with too much time off between games.

I do agree that the Hawks have accomplished what they needed to here. It's been perfect preparation for the Tournament, with different styles and quick turnarounds. I'd still like to win it all, but am happy with the outcome no matter how the weekend ends up (unless the Hawks get screwed with a First Round matchup like SDSU, Murray State, or the like).

Exactly. Hawks have been to five NCAA tournaments under Fran. Only once have they made the semis of BTT before this year. Never once have they got past second round of NCAA tourney. Certainly can't be blamed this on being tired. Win and see what happens.
My favorite moment was spread out over the entire game - making 25 of 27 free throws is a beautiful thing.
