Mine did too, 13 years ago. It's been glorious!

I've never had a wife. But if I did, she would have left.
That’s what’s so great about spring break trips with the girlfriends, they leave Saturday and don’t come back till the following Sunday so you have conference tournaments to watch the first weekend then the tourney show to see who is in and out then the following week, in a normal year bball all day Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. It’s a glorious time of year to do nothing because you can’t in Iowa except watch bball. Love this time of year, except for when I get the credit card bills from that trip.
So if she left you, at least enjoy the bball coming your way today and next week into the following week with this new schedule. Also, there are other women out there if she left you for good. Hit the gym then start looking around after bball season is over.
