Decorum is about respecting your position as an elected official. Imagine when discussing J6 if a senator or representative referred to the rioters as “MAGAts.” I have no problem using that term in private, but I certainly wouldn’t use it at work.
It should not be that difficult for an elected official to express their opinion by saying, “I do not believe biological males should be permitted to use restrooms assigned to women.”

Only president in American history that I'm aware of who's speeches would be rated PG-13 if done as a movie. Every other president is PG at worst.

Absolutely ****ing crazy she represents the low country, one of the more college educated and progressive areas of the country, but got her seat gerrymandered to save her skin as she was about to lose, ruled unconstitutional, and then the Supreme Court saved her butt. Which gets back to one of the top three ultimate problems with out country - the system of gerrymandering. She actually spoke out against Trump when first elected, got primaried, and changed her tune and just decided to go crazy. She's the worst type. Smart and knows better and plays down to the dumbest denominator because she knows the new calculus of retaining her job is in gerrymandered districts and playing to the base as much as possible. Thrice married slut, but that's sort of the conservative Christian base in politics these days.
