He’s a disgrace. Honestly he isn’t good unless it’s average competition
^fvck everyone saying he sucks. He was bad and likely cost us this game, but what do we have in the wings? No idea. We lost to a better team, period. This year could still be special. Chill the fvck out.
Team game, but you can't have a QB play that poorly and win.
2-3 losses in regular season and missing the B1G championship is not special. We only get a special season every few years with KF and this was the year, so yeah, meh.
Stanley’s lack of poise lost this game and I like Nate. This one is on him as he plays scared. Let’s hope for better going forward.

What makes you think Ped St is a better team? With a QB with a pulse, Iowa wins that game by 10+ pts. Hell Iowa still should have won the game despite Stanley.
Penn State is NOT a better team than Iowa....hawks (mostly Stanley) just had one of worst games of year.

Was Stanley generally considered a great QB coming out of HS? It just seems like he may actually be playing about as well as you'd expect a 5.6 3 star guy with 2 D1 offers to play. Just IMO as an objective observer.
Yea there is no way he should of been calling a pass play inside the 5 with that much time left. I not sure why that was the play change.
Nate Stanley had the worst game of his career, and he ABSOLUTELY was the reason we lost this game.
Stanley played a horrible game but we still could have won if someone would have called a time out on the 3 yard line.

Stanley was awful in this game. Only time he has looked worse was last year vs wisconsin. This game is squarely on him as he missed at least 10 open receivers through the game.
I'm aware we lost in happy valley. I am also aware the season is not over. That does not change the fact that we should have won this game, and the reason we did not is that our quarterback made inexplicably bad decisions, and missed throws that I could make. What exactly are you laughing out loud about?

Good lord people, Stanley had a bad game, which QB's do from time to time. (See Clayton Thorsen last week) However, I would say he has twice the maturity as some of the pricks here calling him out.

I blame the loss on KF. When a player is horribly struggling - yank him. Stanley didn't have it working today. PSU had far superior QB play - even their back-up.

There is nothing wrong with critiquing the performance of an individual who has been given especial privileges for performing said task. Stanley threw six TD passes two games ago. He picked the wrong time to have the worst game of his career. Will be interesting to see how he finishes out the season.
