To be honest, this is the first time I've heard of it. FLO seems to be promoting it rather heavy. Does anyone know what it is? I thought maybe a high level end of the year tournament for redshirts or non starters, but all the participants seem to all be east coast schools.

That's exactly it, an end of year tournament for non starters. Sometimes even starters who don't have enough matches go.

Yup. But it is in Delaware and since participants have to pay their own way, most of the wrestlers are east coasters.
