1. How far away from a national title we really are...and how close we are! Don't get me wrong, we aren't in the same category as either of these teams. I was told the very physical play of Iowa in the first half of the season was its own worst enemy, we got so beat up on defense and on the OL...but if we ever have a year where we can sustain that and have 1-2 "special" players on both sides of the ball and keep them healthy, we can get there. However, we will never likely have the depth to sustain injuries and still play at an elite level.
