Will the university be selling all session tickets?

At this point they are still sorting out season ticket holders requests. If there are tickets left after, they would be offered publicly I believe.

Does anyone know where the Iowa section is yet? I may buy off the street since I live nearby but it would be nice to sit with fellow Hawkeyes.

Crossface - Sections weren't listed this time on ticket order (or at least I didn't notice them). When confirmations come, people will know their exact seats, so it should be easy to piece together sections then.
Tyler - I've been to 29 of them, and there have been tickets for sale near the arena for all of them. Some more than others, and some less conspicuous (scalping laws), but they should be available. Although I'm not sure NY doesn't have some issues with scalpers.

I am hoping once tickets have actually been mailed, it will be a little easier to get them aftermarket

You should be able to buy all sessions at a time. Most sellers prefer it that way.
If you happen to not be able to find all sessions on the first day, there are people selling for all remaining as their wrestlers drop out of the tournament.

Speaking of: if you are really uneasy about finding tickets outside day-of, you could see which teams qualify a low number of wrestlers for the tournament and contact their ticket offices.

Edit: I've gone the last 7 or 8 years and never missed a session because I wasn't able to find a ticket.
