Because you are making a young adult sign a contract and taking away their freedom of choice to make more money elsewhere. Sounds like the university wants to keep this money maker for themselvesHow is this greedy? The players can still make NIL money. I think the larger schools with donors with deep pockets will balk, but this would be beneficial for most schools in that it may reduce some of the tampering we are seeing now. It may not help, but was just an idea.
