Martinez has been playing pretty well as of late, I just can’t see how he will be able to continue to run as much as he does without getting injured. Reminds me a little of Tate forcier, hyped as the next big thing, performed great, then good, then teams started to catch up to the scheme and then his career basically ends in Kinnick after taking some monster shots. Still remember clayborn staring at him after a big hit, wondering if he has just killed the little dude.

What sucks is, message boards will be infested with Husker trolls if they start winning. You'd think they'd call it something cool like the Black Plague but more likely something really stupid, like their new state motto or 1st and true name. I could see them winning three more - BC, Illini, and MSU. They can outscore MSU as MSU’s O is not good. They could beat Illini or Illini could beat them depending on how their O plays and if Nebraska can get any stops. I’d say 3-9 at best, maybe 4-8.

No way they win at tOSU after losing to Purdue with a bye to boot. That could get real ugly! No win at Iowa either as they can’t cover our tight ends and the lines are too stout for them on both sides of the ball. KF and Brian now love to put the beatdown on the Huskers and it will happen again this year.

I think most of you are giving tOSU too much credit just because of their name. They have looked very plain Jane the last 3 weeks. I would trade them on our schedule in place of Purdue. JMO

In all honesty, With that offense.....Nebraska can hang with anyone. Very impressed. I do think we should beat them at home....but this team can't take anyone lightly. That is the best part of it is that they won't. They need to take out PSU first.

I see may 2 or 3 wins left. B/C, Illinois, and maybe Michigan State. Just don't see beating Iowa or OSU. I don't think OSU are world beaters, and I actually think Iowa is better, but our D sucks. You can only rely on an O for so long, and I think OSU will just score way too many points, and Iowa will probably hold our O down, and be able to score against our D.

I wouldn’t rule out Nebbie beating Sparty this year. Sparty is a M*A*S*H unit of injuries right now.
