Nebraska and Casino Gambling

I see a group is trying to get casino games added to horse tracks, but a group that includes the governor and Tom Osborne have come out against. It amazes me that when Osborne is against something it fails, I remember it failing in the late 90's/early 2000's?

If Nebraska were to get casino gambling it would almost certainly put one of three CB casinos out of business eventually.
