Did Florida ST not fire Norvell if that is what their head coaches name is?
Nebby cant even hang on to their asst coaches after a 6-6 record and these asst coaches go to a team that just shit the bed this year

Norvell literally just signed a 10 year contract after their undefeated season last season. FSU can't do anything right now. But to Norvell's credit, he did go out and get Gus Malzahn as his new OC and now got the DC from Neb who, frankly, did a phenomenal job I thought this year. It's the best I've seen Neb look on D in the last 10 years.....certainly it's as physical as I've seen them look since Pellini was there.
Rhule brought in Phil Snow as a defensive consultant this year. Snow was Rhule's DC at Temple, Baylor and the Panthers.

This is most likely the reason he was looking in the first place. Boss bringing in his old buddy to look over your shoulder doesn't instill any confidence that you're going to be around for long.

Last year Debbie fans were ecstatic that White stayed with them. Can’t wait for them to now rationalize why it’s a good thing he’s leaving. Their defense has been solid the last couple years.
I’m not familiar with their DL coach, but the two polar bear DTs graduating probably have him thinking the timing is right to move on. Those two dudes were huge and probably made him look great as a coach regardless if he knew his head from azz.
